THE DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY
PRO-INHUT Ltd is an engineering company specialized in project management and investor's supervision, especially in industry. PRO-INHUT is a member of PROCHEM Capital Group. PROCHEM (joint-stock company), a company registered at the Warsaw stock exchange, is a leading Polish engineering company, with its turnover 190 mio. PLN (about 50 millions €) in 2004, providing services for a great number of world's famous companies building its factories in Poland and abroad (Toyota, NGK, Delphi, Michelin, Bridgestone, Benckiser, Henkel, Lever, Procter&Gamble, ABB, Shell, Coca Cola, Pepsi, and many other). OUR EXPERIENCE
The staff of Pro-Inhut is very experienced in realising investment projects, especially in industry. The experience of our staff has been gained during organising such complex and great factories like: the biggest Polish steel works "Huta Katowice" and coke plant "Przyjaźń" in Dąbrowa Górnicza, and other factories. Specialists of Pro-Inhut have realised project management in such industry objects as:
1. All technology departments and infrastructure of Huta Katowice and coke plant Przyjaźń: water, sewage and gas treatment (reservoirs, industry and drink water nets, sewage nets, pump stations, sewage treatment plants, gas nets and treatment stations, etc;), power stations and electrical system, storehouses; railway and road transportation system; head quarters, offices, canteens and workers social buildings, health and holiday centres, and so on; Huta Katowice is now part of Mittal Steel Poland (joint-stock company);
2. Department of Pipe Productions Welded by High Frequency Current in steel works "Huta Ferrum" in Katowice;
3. Moreover, project managers of Pro-Inhut have realised services for such investors as: Mortar and Glue Production Plant "Atlas"; Cement Plant "Ekocem"; Oxygen Plant of French company Air Liquide built in Dąbrowa Górnicza; Steel Works "Huta Bankowa" in Dąbrowa Górnicza and Road System "Drogowa Trasa Średnicowa" in Katowice.
The scope of the project management services realised by our specialists included:
· finding the best places for the investment;
· preparing technical and economical brief fore design of the investment project;,
· preparing technical documentation and giving technical opinion for projects;
· preparing all law formalities like: erection permission etc.;
· organisation of delivery of machinery and other technical equipment together with technical supervision;

The Silesia Region is one of the most industrialised parts of Poland supporting the development of cooperation within it. The Province of Silesia's investment attractiveness is emphasized by the ranking of provinces carried out by various research agencies. These rankings evaluate local market, social attitude towards investments, economic transformation efficiency, technical infrastructure and the base for surrounding business.
The region of Silesia is undoubtedly the top one concerning communication networks infrastructure and communication accessibility on industrial background. It is situated on the crossing of East-West (Russia-Wrocław-Berlin-West Europe) and North-South (Gdańsk-Warszawa-South Europe). Two international airports are situated in the vicinity of Silesia region allowing good connection with West Europe, and even with the U.S.A.
The Silesia region is well known as the centre of mining and metallurgy industry. In early of the 90s the process of modernisation began. Contemporaneously, a special State program of restructuring the Silesia industry was arranged. As a result, a number of areas have emerged. Local authorities are establishing special industry areas. At the moment in each Silesian town there are many areas where new plants can be built, among others in the Katowice Special Economic Zone.
Another advantage of investment in the Region is that education level of labour is very high. There is a number of school of many types, well-known universities, and so on; and a great number of experienced people.
Furthermore, many type of financial support can be applied to the investors, like: exemptions from real estate tax; exemptions from corporate income tax on investment expenditure; corporate income tax relief for job creation; the possibility of reimbursement of ZUS (National Health Insurance) contributions, and so on.
Additionally, many funds coming from the European Union supporting development of the Region can be applied.
Thus conditions for investment in the Silesia region are very good.
PROPOSED FORM OF COOPERATION
Pro-Inhut specializes in realizing a complex investment process. It means that we not only do we realize projects, build plants, supervise building process, but also preparing all formalities, like: finding good investment site, preparing an agreement with the local government necessary for becoming the owner of the place, getting construction permission, and so on.
